Who We Are
Founded as HMA Auditing of Accounts, the firm built its foundation in audit, chartered accounting and tax agency work. That professional discipline now supports a broader advisory practice helping international companies, business owners and private clients enter, establish and operate in the UAE.
HMA advises overseas companies entering the UAE, supporting market-entry planning, commercial introductions, company or office setup and the professional controls needed for long-term operation. The firm also coordinates with clients evaluating selected UK or US opportunities through appropriate external professional relationships where required.
One firm for cross-border expansion, corporate structuring, tax, accounting, audit and governance, with recommendations shaped around how the business actually operates across jurisdictions.
Advisory Principles
We understand the business model, ownership, markets and operating requirements before recommending a jurisdiction or entity structure.
UAE corporate, regulatory and operating requirements are coordinated with the client's international ownership, tax, reporting and commercial considerations.
Expansion strategy, formation, accounting, taxation, audit, reporting and governance stay under one advisory relationship.
Leadership
Managing Partner
Managing Partner, HMA Auditors and Advisors
Hussain Ahli is an Emirati Managing Partner bringing direct market insight, government relationships and local commercial networks to HMA's advisory work. Coming from an entrepreneurial UAE family, he brings first-hand understanding of how the market, its authorities and its commercial relationships actually operate.
Hussain works closely with international companies and investors entering the UAE, connecting strategic decisions to the local relationships, regulatory expectations and commercial introductions that determine how smoothly a market entry or expansion executes in practice.
Director
Director, HMA Auditors and Advisors
Ali advises international businesses, investors and High-Net-Worth Individuals on cross-border expansion, corporate structuring and operational efficiency. His work includes supporting overseas companies establishing UAE entities, building local commercial relationships and coordinating strategic decisions around wider international ownership, partnership and investment interests.
Combining quantitative analysis with a foundation in audit, taxation, governance and due diligence, Ali helps clients move from strategic decisions through practical implementation and ongoing oversight.
How HMA Works
HMA keeps advisory close to the owner's real decision: where to expand, how to structure, what tax and audit obligations follow, and how to maintain governance and compliance across jurisdictions.
Advice is shaped around the client’s long-term operating reality, not the easiest licence to sell.
Company, ownership, banking and financial records are handled with disciplined professional care.
Deadlines, documents and authority steps are made visible so owners know what is moving and why.
